Frequently Asked Questions

How many dogs do you walk at once?

This really depends on your requirements and the dogs temperaments, sizes and energy levels. We generally have three walking groups each day - the 10am-11am group, the 12-1pm group and the 3-4pm group. Dogs are collected from your home in our safe van and brought to Sarah's home, before being taken into the 4 acre enclosed off-leash park to play.

Are the walking groups customised?

100%! We will walk small dogs together, young puppies together and group dogs together based on their compatibility and energy levels to ensure that everyone has an amazing experience.

What happens if my dog doesn't like the other dogs? Or if my dog sometimes gets bullied?

We do not tolerate bullying, or gang-up. Sometimes a dog will not be suitable for group walk or play sessions and we'll let you know if we suggest they have a solo walk in the future...but usually we can rotate dogs on and off-leash and move any incompatible dogs into separate groups to ensure everyone has an amazing time and stays safe.

My dog doesn't have good recall! Can he still come and play?

Because the environment is fully enclosed, it's a great space for us to PRACTICE recall. Dogs are naturally pack animals, so it's instinctive for them to stay together and with our boundary training, games and confident pack leadership, dogs love coming back. So you can be assured your dog will be returned to you happy and safe.
